Beacon NY
Beacon NY has become one of the most highly sought after towns in Dutchess County. Fishkill NY
Located just 60 miles from NYC and 10 minutes from Stewart airport, Fishkill NY offers a prime location for residients. Featuring a village with a Main St cooridor hosting a variety of dining, shopping and entertainment options. Proximity to commuter routes and Metro North rail transport allows for easy access. The majority of Fishkill NY lies in the Wappingers Central School District, with small portion located in Beacon City School District. Fishkill NY also boasts an array of community events and being home to Splashdown Beach Water Park.
Wappingers Falls NY
Wappingers Falls NY is comprised of both the Village of Wappingers and the Town of Wappingers, getting its name from the cascading waterfall located in the Village of Wappingers. The Village features a vibrant Main St with a vareity of dining options, the County Players for local theater and is about 2 miles from the New Hamburgh Metro North Train Station. The Town of Wappingers comprises a larger area of mostly single family homes & condos, the exception being the Route 9 cooridor of ammenities. As small portion of Wappingers Falls lies with in the Poughkeespie City School District and the Beacon City School District, with the majority in Wappingers Centrall School District. Wappingers Falls NY is also home to the New York Yankees minor leage affiliate baseball team!
